I LOVE HALLOWEEN! I just needed to say it. You don’t understand how excited I am that we are now in October. Not only is it my birthday month but it’s also time for the best holiday of the year (in my opinion)! BUT, now that I’ve really cut out added sugars, I’ve been having a hard time coming up with some healthy Halloween treats for adults.

So I’ve been spending the last 48 hours searching, stalking and even tweaking some traditional treats to make it as healthy as possible and of course gluten-free!

6 years agoWhat cute ideas for healthy Halloween treats! These all look so good, especially those sweet potato chips, though my kids would probably prefer the rice krispie treats.
