Remember when I shared my Chocolate Mousse recipe with you and I told y’all I’m not the biggest fan of chocolate? That’s still true… Except with peanut butter cups. They are my favorite sweet treat and these homemade chocolate peanut butter fat bombs hit the spot!
If you really think about it (and taste them), It’s mostly peanut butter with a little bit of chocolate, which I love. What I don’t love is the fact that it’s hard to find a dessert recipe that isn’t overloaded with a ton of other sugar and processed ingredients. They’re pretty healthy, which does not mean eat a dozen, but they’re in the freezer when I’m having a moment.
Better at home than when I’m standing at the checkout lane at the grocery and they’re having a 2 for 2 sales 😅.
If you’ve never tried making fat bombs at home before, this is the perfect recipe to try and you can even mix it up! You can replace the peanut with almond or even cashew butter. If chocolate peanut butter is not your thing, I have a Pinterest board full of fat bomb recipes.
