If you’re looking for a super simple recipe, you’ll love this Instant Pot Corn on the Cob. Not only does it take moments to make, but it’s one of those recipes that scream summer as well.
I don’t know about you, but I LOVE corn on the cob. I dream about the first real crop of summer corn and will literally rush to the farmer’s market to pick up some ears. I’m that dedicated.
And I think what I realized about cooking corn on the cob is that sometimes, watching that boiling pot of water just takes too long. My patience wears a little thin when it comes to corn…this is why this Instant Pot Corn on the Cob recipe is awesome.
The Instant Pot literally does all the work for me. It’s as easy as shucking the corn and adding it into the pot. And that’s one recipe I can get behind every single time.
While some people eat corn as a main dish all the time, I think this is the perfect side dish for BBQ’s and fun outdoor festivities!
Instant Pot Corn on the Cob
Did I mention that this Instant Pot recipe only takes 2 minutes to cook?! TWO MINUTES?! That’s insanely quick. See why I prefer this method of cooking so much more than watching a pot of water boil to add in the corn?
Once your corn has finished cooking in the Instant Pot, you can add your toppings and start chowing down!
What toppings should you add on your Instant Pot Corn?
Most people prefer just layering on the butter, but you can really add whatever your taste buds would like. If you want it to be spicy, add on some cayenne pepper. And for a fun little twist, sprinkle on some parmesan cheese!
